How I Got Here...
What started as a hobby turned into a therapeutic necessity turned into a passion. A hobby meant to capture school activities and sports memories for my family, grew to be a gift to my community, and ignited a passion I hadn't realized existed. After losing my daughter to brain cancer, my hobby became an escape and a way of moving on when I didn't really want to. Gradually improving and expanding my skill set also sparked the desire to learn. Returning to school at an age when most would think I should be looking ahead to retirement has been a rewarding challenge and one of the best decisions I've ever made. I will graduate in Spring 2026 with an Associates Degree in Visual Communications an expect to graduate in Spring 2028 with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design.
My mission is
To continue our creative journey by capturing in-the-moment memories and bringing ideas to life through innovative photography and graphic design.
My vision
A future filled with creativity and a legacy of perseverance, reinvention, and passion for life that will inspire my granddaughter to reach for more and never settle for less than she deserves.
With Special Thanks
To my husband for supporting my passion with encouragement and honest feedback. To my mother, who I wish I was more like, who never fails to be there to catch me and remind me to straighten my crown and get on with it. To my sisters who are my heroes in too many ways to list. To my granddaughter who is my heart, my life, and my reason for caring.
